Includes some code from VTK (parts of GUISupport/Qt module) so we can use VTK & PCL as available in homebrew & vcpkg (where VTK is built without Qt support by default). It's not ready but at least I can leave it enabled since it builds in the CI.
And some cleanup and updates to the readme too!
