Criar funcionário ---> Informações funcionário ---> Editar funcionário ---> Aba "Outros"

Podemos preencher os campos com caracteres que não condizem com os mesmos

Sugestão: pesquisar sobre qual tipo de caractere é aceito nos dados referidos e restringir o usuário a digitar só eles.
