Export Jupiter Review to HTML

An XSL to translate Jupiter's .review XML file to a basic HTML table.

Steps using Notepad++:

1. Open Jupiter's .review file in Notepad++
2. Plugins -> XML Tools -> XSL Transformation
3. Select .xsl and click Transform

Steps using Eclipse XSL Tools:

1. Right click on the .xsl in the Project Explorer and Run As -> XSL Transformation
2. The popup to select an XML file does not allow selecting Jupiter's .review file. But pasting the full path of the .review file works.
3. Run Configuration can be customized to save the output to a .html instead of .out.xml
