AzCopy v10 in its current state does not support logging into AzCopy via managed identities on Arc server VMs.
This PR is an attempt to enable Arc server users to log onto AzCopy via managed identities and provide a similar experience as to the Azure VM users.

Linux Ubuntu 20.04 LTS
