Remove Dirichlet Priors, Stylistic Updates

PR Involves two main changes:

1. Caleigh and I were exploring the idea of removing the Dirichlet Prior's distribution from the calculation of the averaged codon frequency table. It seems to be working. There was little rationale for the inclusion of it and it seems redundant/unnecessary.
2. Stylistic updates were made to display the software version number on the main page to be more clear about which version was being used.
