Starting from TimescaleDB 2.12, the extension provides the possibility to use PostgreSQL 14+
logical replication messages to mark the start and end of decompressions (due to insert,
update, delete in compressed chunks). If you are on PG14+ and use TimescaleDB 2.12+, you
should enable those markers.
