Move list of mentors into a Google doc

The PR method is difficult when more than one person submits, I have to ask them to rebase in order. And the README is harder to parse than a Google spreadsheet would be, both visually and programmatically.

I'd be happy to manually move the existing list into Google and then we can either manually add them from the form submission or ask people to add themselves like NodeSchool does with events.

Sounds good. It's getting silly and that's a good problem to have!

That should work just fine and remove the overhead of merging pull requests.

Spreadsheets are also column-sortable, which could be handy for finding people in particular areas or with particular expertise. :)
