[Request] Update vite-plugin-nodecg to support Vite 6.x

Please update vite-plugin-nodecg to support Vite 6.x, when installing it I get the following peer dependencies warning:

Quickly looking at the migration guide, there doesn't seem like anything that should affect us: https://vite.dev/guide/migration.html#migration-from-v5

If you're already using v6 in your project, can you test with you bundle and report back any issues you run into, @RiQuY?

I tried updating to Vite 6 in this branch in my project https://codeberg.org/RiQuY/nodecg-vite-svelte-js-template/src/branch/feat/RiQuY-vite-6-upgrade and I see that's working fine. That project is just a template I created to get started with Vite, Svelte and NodeCG.

I haven't migrated to Vite 6 in my "real project" https://codeberg.org/RiQuY/riquy-streaming-overlay , I'll report later if things are working there too but for a basic project like the first I shared I saw no errors when building.

UPDATE: I tried updating to Vite 6 in a bigger project https://codeberg.org/RiQuY/riquy-streaming-overlay/src/branch/feat/RiQuY-vite6-upgrade-and-ws and I confirm that it is also working fine.

I am also working on my template and bumped it to Vite v5, I can force it to v6 and give it a test too.

Did you get round to testing your template vite 6 @zoton2 ?

I've been using my template as a basis for a new layout bundle and so far have had no issues, at least anything that stands out. The only weird thing I noticed was that while watching, I'd get output starting with [vite] (ssr) page reload which seemed weird, but it's now gone and I think that was a Vite issue itself (see vitejs/vite#19193).
