+  * Sarah Novotony has left Google and Myles will take on Google’s corporate seat.  By current
+    Governance CPC is eligible to have one rep from all of Node.js.

+* Strategic Initiatives - Tracking Issue [#423](https://github.com/nodejs/TSC/issues/423)
+  * Modules - couple of major contentious issues, file extension resolution, allowing dual mode 
+    Modules.  Discussion around export maps.  New field in package.json to explicitly state
+    deep modules, would help define contract as to what is public or not. Last discussion is
+    around how to require esm, is controversial. Still hopeful on timeline to unflag by October.
+  * Open Web standards
+    * TC39 meeting just after JSConfEU in Berlin.  
+    * Will be session at upcoming collab summit

+    * Continue work on key issues and evangelism

+    * Working on implementation in nodejs/quic, idea is to implement basic quic protocol and
