Joining the meeting

Uberconference; participants should have the link & numbers, contact me if you don't.

Public participation

This week we're going to be attempting something novel by streaming our Uberconference call straight to YouTube so anyone can listen to it live. If it goes to plan, then it should start playing at https://www.youtube.com/nodejs+foundation/live when we turn it on. There's usually a short cat-herding time at the start of the meeting and then occasionally we have some quick private business to attend to before we can start recording & streaming. So be patient and it should show up. Many of us will be on IRC in #node-dev on Freenode if you'd like to interact with us, if it goes well we might try and have a Q/A session at the end like the good 'ol days.

Note the bottom section ^ about public participation, we're going to attempt to stream this one to YouTube. No guarantees it'll actually work though.

@nodejs/ctc I've whittled the agenda down so it's simply about voting in new CTC members, I know some of you are busy (IBMers still at the conference?) so if you're not going to make it, please drop in a vote here so it can be counted, having as close as possible to the full CTC voting for new CTC members would be appreciated as an expression of endorsement and trust (assuming you're voting them on to the CTC!).
