node-cli bug on windows 10

I am using 64bit Windows 10 and 32bit nodejs. I just update nodejs from v5.5.0 to v6.3.1 using node-v6.3.1-x86.msi.

node-cli doesn't work as expected. See below outputs:

btw: I cannot reproduce it on Windows 7.

Yes, that looks a lot like a duplicate, especially when comparing with the more recent comments there.
