Description of change

This improves the heuristic used in multiline-prompt mode to determine
whether a given slash character is at the beginning of a regular
expression.

The one CI failure seems unrelated. The 4 "pending" checks look like they finished and were successful, but didn't report their status back to this PR for some reason.

I'll plan to land this in the next day or two if no one has any objections.

This improves the heuristic used in multiline-prompt mode to determine
whether a given slash character is at the beginning of a regular
expression.
