meta: add links to OpenJSF Slack #35128

seems meh to explicitly encourage people to go there, considering the fact that slack is explicitly not designed for communities and has awful moderation tools. not blocking though. |
I think it's worth a shot, the OpenJS Foundation already encourages folks to go there to participate in the foundation (and we are a foundation project after all) and many working groups already have channels there. If the management tools become a problem we can deprecate it and remove the recommendation. |
