You'll need to rebase your local master branch with the remote master branch and do a force-push.

The following can be executed in order to achieve that if you don't know how it's done:

$ git checkout master
...
$ git pull --rebase https://github.com/nodejs/node # Explicit URL if one is not set.
...
$ git push --force-with-lease
...
$ git checkout cherry-pick-cced52a9 # The branch you made changes to.
...
$ git rebase origin/master
...
$ git push --force-with-lease
...

Oh thanks! What I didn't know was option --force-with-lease. I messed up my PR by pushing with --force before.
