Yes there was; it's just a line further up.
Apparently timers don't have
_handle
defined prior tounref()
being called, so we cannot checkhasRef()
exists, nor assert an initiallyrefed
state for them. Instead we check the existence ofhasRef()
and theunrefed
state after already callingunref()
