Selected edges not sent to runtime

To reproduce:

• Have a runtime running with a graph that sends data regularly
• Connect Flowhub in live mode to the runtime
• Click on an edge

Expected:

• Able to see the data flowing through

Actual:

• Edge inspector opens but no data is shown

Changing IIPs and deleting edges also have no effect
Note: The runtime status shows "not started". Clicking this does not do anything.

@jonnor the edge inspector should be fixed now. Please rebuild latest (needs grunt nuke) and verify

@bergie changing IIPs and nodes/edges now work. But no change in edge introspect behavior

@bergie noflo-nodejs (with latest noflo-runtime-websocket/base, just released). I'm not seeing the edges message being sent from UI to runtime here?

It works for me on noflo-browser (iframe runtime)
