Summary*
This PR requires that
CrateNamesmust have a non-empty string to avoid the issue described in #2287We also weren't validating these on package creation, so I've added a custom value parser to clap in order to error on invalid user input as soon as possible so we don't get
nargo newhalf-creating the new package.Documentation
