Description

Problem*

Resolves #4384

Summary*

This PR resolves #4384 by updating the lockfile so that it's using the latest versions of the dependencies used by all of the ACVM packages and then runs the test suite against it to ensure that we still work correctly.

# Description

## Problem\*

Resolves <!-- Link to GitHub Issue -->

## Summary\*

As we're bumping the MSRV in #4385, we're getting a whole new version of
clippy which is picking up more stuff. This PR applies clippy + cargo
fmt changes from rustc 1.76.0 to reduce the diff on #4385
