Motivation
Adding a user to the STING Dash involves quite a few steps (talk to core leader, make Jira ticket, transfer coach, make note, send message, etc). This makes it so that it takes us quite a long time before we're able to reach out to a user who is in need. These changes are meant to streamline things. There are also some general quality of life improvements that all coaches can benefit from here.
