nit (Can defer or resolve later) - README should describe what plugin does and how to install/use for end-user, ex: https://github.com/hashicorp/terraform-provider-salesforce

I updated README. For this particular plugin, we probably want to include it the official IAMbic image. otherwise, users have to build their own containers.
