Android intent-filter of this plugin overriden by custom-url-scheme plugin

Hi,

When using this plugin in addition to Custom-URL-scheme the AndroidManifest output is wrong, because Custom-URL-scheme overrides this plugin's declaration (I can see in my editor the correct declaration for 1sec, and then it's overridden afterwards).

Not sure what you can do on this side, just wanted to open the issue as I'm probably not alone facing the problem it's worth creating an issue.
