If the PNG file output is enabled, a list of PNG files will be generated. When failed to create and open the PNG file list, it tried to write the header to the null file pointer.

Description
OBS Studio >= 31.0.0 requires
bmallocalways takes positive size, or it will crash.This commit ensures the size is always positive.
How Has This Been Tested?
I have not tested yet.
