I had to revert this because there are many cases where a repository is not a URL and we don't want angle brackets around it in that case, e.g. |

The current pull request extends #102.
It adds angle brackets to bare URLs in the requirements table. This makes generated README.md files compliant with markdownlint rule MD034.
