Description
While working on #48, I noticed that changes to
README.md.gotmpldid not trigger thepre-commithooks.The
pre-commithooks should be triggered when there is a change to the underlyingREADME.md.gotmplfile; otherwise, changes to this template will not trigger a rebuild of theREADME.mdfile.
