• Fix issue that was preventing auto focus from placing the cursor properly into new editor instances
• Fix issue that was preventing popovers invoked via the calendar plugin when using auto focus
  • For now, auto focus is ignored for popovers invoked via the calendar plugin
• Fixed issue that was causing event handler leakage when popovers closed before appearing on screen
  • Probably best to restart Obsidian to be sure any old handlers are discarded
