I've tested these changes in my cordova project, which is available at /udia-software/phaser-cordova-es6.
I updated all the dependencies, added a david-dm badge to the README, and added a
prepatchstep which updates themanifest.jsonandconfig.xmlfiles before the development server is launched.Addresses #25, #31
