どのような問題を解決する機能追加でしょうか?
ブックをLTI連携にわりあてる「連携」と言う言葉がわかりづらい．

あなたが望む解決方法について書いてください
エンドユーザーからみたら，リンクしているだけに見えるので，「連携」を「リンク」にする．

ブック視聴画面の，「LTIリンクの再連携」は「LTIリンクの再リンク」って意味不明になるので，「再リンク」だけでよいかも．

「LTIリンクの再連携」→「別のブックをリンクする」が具体的でよいかも．
