How to use code

Hello, I have followed the instructions to put the code into the "src" folder of ns3, but after compiling I found that there is no "cmake" or "Makefile" below each folder and something like the executable program could not find the header file such as "ns3/batmand-routing-protocol.h"
There are my env, I hope someone can help me to solve it , Thanks a lot!
