Viewer tabs behavior when opening studies via DICOM get

I noticed the following behavior, starting with 4.0.3:
I have a study opened (first study) in a tab. If I query the server to get a new study (second study), Weasis then opens the tab for the second study and I can start to scroll through images as they are downloaded.
When the download is finished, the viewer automatically changes the tab for the first study.

And the strangest thing is that even if I close the first (or more) study with the X on the study tab, the same occurs. As soon as a new study is finished downloading, the tab for the first study comes back to the viewer, with all the images opened again.

I saw in the release notes that tab behavior got some modifications, but I believe that the behavior described is more like a bug..
