feat(core): compile native code for freebsd

Current Behavior

We don't have a native binary for freebsd.

Expected Behavior

A new package will be published that works on FreeBSD

There's no way that I know of to get the pnpm cache in the FreeBSD vm, so the pnpm install command takes the most amount of time.
