Historical flow download on raspberrypi not working correctly #8718

Environment:

  • OS name: raspbian
  • OS version: latest
  • Architecture: 64bit arm
  • ntopng version/revision: ntopng Enterprise M (Embedded) v.6.1.240628 (Debian GNU/Linux 11 (bullseye))

What happened: When I download a small historical flow with just a few packets, download takes forever and the file contains the csv header then rubbish not human readable text.

setup Pi4 with ntopng and Clickhouse, try downloading a historical flow like ping a server. Also, I don't think packet capture works on respberrypi either, just says loopback packet for everything. Could be same issue.

Hi @jlundblad sorry but you have the 6.1 version of ntopng, could you please update to the last dev version (6.3) and let me know if the issue persists? unfortunatly we cannot help you with older versions of ntopng

We make builds only for bookworm_pi whereas you seem to use bookworm_pi. Please update
