[issue] after the prod has been sold, it should disappear immediately on explore tab (doesn't need refresh)

Reproduced Steps:

1. Buy prod through moonpay
2. back to app, and let the checkout process redirect to explore tab, you'll see that prod still in explore tab.

Expectation
When #2, redirect to explore tab, the prod which user bought should be disappear.

User story

As an asset buyer on capture app, I want to see the asset should disappear immediately on explore tab when it's sold, so that I can believe this service and buy/create more asset.

1. No, Both moonpay & NUM wallet will happen. But moonpay need more time, because it's like Ethan said.
2. Yes, if other users haven't refresh the explore tab, and also buy the same prod, it will display error.
3. It needs about 5 mins. but it still needs user to refresh explore tab manually.

My question is it will disappear without refresh? I mean it's using some real-time data (like web socket)?

Sam what i meant was the following:

when explorer page is loaded it will grab data from storage backend.

once the purchase flow is complete it will redirect back to explorer page and explorer page will do a fresh data grab from storage backend.

with NUM purchase the redirect doesn't happen until the entire process is complete. that is why the changes are recorded in backend.

with moonpay purchase the redirect happens before (bc we don't want users waiting in the checkout page for 15+ minutes) so what happens is when storage backend grabs the data it doesn't reflect the change bc the purchase hasn't officially completed.

QA can also accept some alternative. For example, making a clear error information to let other buyers know, there's an ongoing transaction happening so the product is not available now.

Agree it can be also a solution. For example currently when user creates a capture I don’t allow open capture until it’s uploaded.

Ethan Wu, in the beginning I was thinking to use postMessage('purchase-completed-reload-iframe) from bubble side and reload it from ionic side.

However, as you mentioned there are 3 cases when we explore tab should be refreshed

1. once the purchase flow is complete it will redirect back to explorer page and explorer page will do a fresh data grab from storage backend.
2. with NUM purchase the redirect doesn't happen until the entire process is complete. that is why the changes are recorded in backend.
3. with moonpay purchase the redirect happens before (bc we don't want users waiting in the checkout page for 15+ minutes) so what happens is when storage backend grabs the data it doesn't reflect the change bc the purchase hasn't officially completed.

So I think postMessage is not suitable in this case. I'm not sure if it can be solved from ionic side.

One solution in mind is when the "Collect" button is clicked

• check if it's in purchase progress
• if can purchase then perform the purchase
