New "mint & share" flow

According to the Figma design, Mint and Share should be the default action instead of a network action.

1. Add a bottom button(Edit & publish) on asset page. It should be the same as the edit button.
2. Original edit caption page should add a column for setting price.

There are some questions that still need Tammy Yang's confirmation.

1. If user just want to edit the caption and doesn’t want to mint & share this asset. So I think we should keep this toggle in this release. (I also left comment on miro.)
2. If Bump @capacitor/cli from 2.2.1 to 2.3.0 #1 you agree, the default of this toggle should be "on" or "off"? I think should be "on".

Yes mainly bubble side, but if we need to change app bar parts we might need some changes on ionic side.
