Article on NumPy data types

I've dual published an article called 'A Comprehensive Guide to NumPy Data Types' on medium.com (in Better Programming publication) and on github.

I think that it might be a good idea to use material from this article as part of the newsletter. It consists of 7 parts: ints, floats, etc. So one possibility is to include it as a 'column' to the newsletter along with some other content. Actually I thought it would be issued more often than quarterly. The quarterly frequency obviously doesn't match this suggestion.

Yes, we can (and will) include graphics/images in newsletter issues.
