Created vagrant deployment.
With a Command Line, execute 'vagrant up' to download the box and start the environment.
For now, the box downloaded is huge, but gets the job done according to Prof. If I have the time, I will try to optimize it further. Any changes made to the box will be done on the cloud - no need to update the Vagrantfile anymore - so long as I use the same box name.
