• Active User: A User who is not blocked, banned or deleted from the system. (Also see User below)
• Activity: A general term which can refer to either an Event or Exhibition.
• Attendee: A User who has registered their attendance to a specific Event (Guest or Exhibitor).

• Event: An occasion involving many gathered people at a specified date and a specified location.
• Exhibition: An occasion that happens within an Event (e.g a project showcase held at an Event).
• Exhibitor: Someone who is participating (leading) an Exhibition at an Event. Cannot be a Guest of the aforementioned Event.

• Guest: Someone who is visiting an Event but not participating (leading) an Exhibition within the Event.

• Reason: The interest of an Attendee in going to / leading an Exhibition within an Event.

• Weekly Hexatruple A: A weekly consultation session where Professor Anand and Adam are consulted in a "Ask AnAnd And AdAm" session regarding project details.
