Add def --env to Custom Commands chapter #1552
Description
def --env isn't mentioned in the Custom Commands chapter at all at the moment. It's in "Nu as a Shell", under Environment.
TODO: At least create a reference linking from Custom Commands to that reference in Environment. Also consider just moving it entirely, as it's more about "Programming" than "Nu as a Shell'.
