Is there a plan? Yes!
Is there a timeline? Nope.

Given that node v16 will reach its EOL later this year a more recent version should be supported, but currently I don’t have the capacity to spend time on it.

If you would like you can use my fork of template-matcher is named "@udarrr/template-matcher", it supports node until 19
