New features for v0.2.2

As we have discussed we need to implement several things for the next release. I'm making a list of those that I remember, but feel free to add more. I'm checking also the ones I've already implemented.

• Allow setting ylim in 1D stacked plots
• Allow setting ylim in 1D grid plots
• Allow setting independent x and y tick spacing
• Plotting 2D DMFit plots in grids
• Plotting 1D DMFit plots in grids
• Plotting 2D Bruker plots in grids
• Fix filtering of tags when plotting
• Change docs to remove mentions of old functions
• Fix ruff lint errors

Changes should be merged to branch v0.2.2

I drafted something for DMFit 1D grid but did not test it.

• Implement code for different colours for the deconvolution curves from dmfit ;
• Implement code for stacking of 1D dmfit deconvolutions ;
• Implement code to control, independently, the tickspacing of f1 and f2 dimensions in 2D plots.
