fix(templates): remove not recommended eslint-plugin-prettier

Thanks for the great project.

What will change?

I will remove eslint-plugin-prettier from the template.

Reason for change.

Because currently eslint-plugin-prettier is generally not recommended by the Prettier official. Therefore, we thought it should not be included in the templates generated by create-nuxt-app, and only those who need it should install it.
