I added NITRO_TIMEOUT, NITRO_KEEP_ALIVE_TIMEOUT and NITRO_HEADERS_TIMEOUT to set http.server's timeout, keepAliveTimeout and headersTimeout.

Thanks for the PR @hareku. I believe it makes sense but we probably need to add it's support via node preset options since these are not universal flags for server. I'm closing this issue to wait for Nitropack support (#3161) first and that we can properly test this addition but be assured will be added back πŸ’š
