VS Code executable code warning for new version

More of a question/suggestion than an issue. VS Code auto-update for the extension was paused and displays the following warning now. Updating from 0.2.0 to 0.2.3.

The update for MDC - Markdown Components extension introduces executable code, which is not present in the currently installed version. Please [review the extension](vscode-file://vscode-app/Applications/Visual%20Studio%20Code.app/Contents/Resources/app/out/vs/code/electron-sandbox/workbench/workbench.html) and update it manually.

I believe this is related to changes in #41? Would be nice to explicitly mention about that in the changelog so users are aware of that.

Thought this will be useful for others coming in to check what's going on.
