Update Refit package version to 8.0.0 to address security advisory

• Updating the Refit package version from 6.0.1 to 8.0.0 in MallardMessageHandlers.Refit
• Updating the Refit and Refit.HttpClientFactory packages version from 7.2.1 to 8.0.0 in MallardMessageHandlers.Tests
