nvm lists v0.12.3 available for install, but it fails:

$ nvm install v0.12.3
######################################################################## 100.0%
Checksums empty
tar: Unrecognized archive format
tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors.
Binary download failed, trying source.

It also doesn't exist (yet) unless I'm missing something? It's causing issues on my end where apps haven't defined a version and rely on the latest stable.

v0.12.3 isn't actually released yet - it's a release candidate, that's breaking nvm. I'll look into it.
