0CC-FamiTracker 0.4.0-dev (unofficial)

0CC-FamiTracker 0.3.15.x was unpopular due to being more buggy than previous versions (different bugs every time), but has some improvements over prior versions. This release packages the latest changes made by HertzDevil to the dev branch before he abandoned the project. Because this release was not made by HertzDevil, the changelog may not be accurate.

Fixes to 0.3.15.3 bugs

• Fix broken DPCM import
• Fix "Recall channel state" string stopping at first effect command (120ee4b)

Fixes to older bugs (0.3.14.5/Dn)

• Fix undoing "delete frame" adding an extra frame (334669e)
• Select new instrument when cloning (a7bb426)

Unknown fixes

• Fix "select all" in frame editor (supposedly so... I don't know what was broken beforehand) (8885d93)
