This release will have the following features:

• validators will start working
• a set of decentralized network monitors will send Sphinx packets to mixnodes to determine their uptime in an objective way
• Nym people will be able to start simple staking experiments by setting an integer "fakestake" on a node based on its uptime
• the directory server will be optimised and decentralized into the new validators, lessening load and allowing the network to scale more better.
