Hi
We were fuzzing dnsmasq's dhcp server and we also needed recvmsg function for that. In our patch we added some flag handling. Additionally, dhcp functionality in dnsmasq needs to receive some information from the in_pktinfo header, so we construct a simple header. I hope that will help.
