1. TSC agrees on adding the "Maintaining the roadmap" responsibilities for SIGs.
2. TSC will review the Roadmap RFC in the next few weeks and comes up with specific wording that encourages the SIG to keep the roadmap up-to-date.
3. TSC will put the wording in the General Guidelines at the https://github.com/o3de/community/tree/main/sigs
4. TSC will propose the changes in the next Joint TSC meeting, which will be on April 25th, 2023.
