Roadmap Progress Updates: #79

• Increase community awareness of SIG roadmap by sharing those in the Docs and main websites - March 2023 #137

• Add roadmap maintenance as SIG's responsibility on each SIG charter. #146
  • Proposed to TSC. Waiting for their response.

Release updates: #133

• A stabilization branch was created: https://github.com/o3de/o3de/tree/stabilization/2305
• The first exception was approved: Added support for custom external o3de#15189 (comment)

Adding another agenda

1. Follow up on the O3DEs extras removal in the next 23.05 release

Docs update:

• Docs stabilization branch has been created. Please continue to create PRs against development in the o3de.org repo. We do weekly merges to stabilization.
• For the next release, the C++ API Reference will be generated for the o3de repo, and as requested for the ROS 2 Gem in o3de-extras. If there are other "canonical" Gems that we should generate for, let me know!

If we have time later, I'd like to ask for an exception for the Project Manager versioning changes. Starting with this PR o3de/o3de#15411
