AUT-3772

Changes

  • QTI ID value will be set even if unique ID FF disabled

How to test

  1. Navigate to items tab
  2. Create new Item
  3. Author it and check Identifier value
  4. Duplicate/Copy this item
  5. Check Identifier for the new duplicated/copied item
